Problems of legal regulation of inconsistency (bankruptcy)

The present article is devoted to Problems of legal regulation of insolvency (bankruptcy) process. A comparative analysis of the Laws on insolvency (bankruptcy) process issued in 1992 and 1998 correspondingly has been carried out. The conclusions have been drawn whether the reform of bankruptcy legislation is reasonable as well as special regulations are necessary to adopt. If not, the realization of some Law provisions could be obstructed.
