Problems of regulation of assets securitization transactions in Russia

The article considers regulation of assets securitization transactions as a mode of corporate financing. The article’s objective is to study the risks associated with assets securitization and reveal the principle regulations of these processes. The author observes theoretical foundations of assets securitization transactions and distinguishes some types of securitization. The results of the research may be implemented by corporation managers, who use stock market as a financing resource, as well as by controlling authorities, the Bank of Russia and the Federal Financial Markets Service in particular. The author also emphasizes the need for the further detailed research of the assets securitization risks.
