Problems of regulation of employment in the context of territorial imbalances of the labor market

The article is devoted to the problems of regulating employment in the conditions of territorial imbalances of the regional labor market, due to significant differences in the natural and climatic conditions, demographic characteristics, specialization of the economy, the qualification of labor, and the structure of the region’s employment. The need and feasibility of the regional employment policy aimed at regulating its processes within the framework of individual administrative regions of the region is substantiated, since managing these processes is a very urgent problem from the point of view of the regional aspect of the development of the economy.
