Problems of socialization of youth under modern conditions in the Republic of Bashkortostan

This article discusses the main theoretical approaches to the analysis of the process of socialization of youth. Particular attention is paid to certain types of socialization as factors forming the identity of young people. The article analyzes the results of sociological studies conducted in the Republic of Bashkortostan, revealing some aspects of the structure of social identity of modern youth. Today, Russian society is undergoing a transformation, including a change in the system of socialization, and as a result, the social identity of the young generation. The study of the features of socialization, social identity of youth in modern society is necessary for successful managerial activity in this area.
