In article the opportunity of increasing the fish productivity from a basin simultaneously with reduction of its organic impurity by means of use of "floating garden-beds» is considered. It is shown, that major factor influencing stable functioning of a basin, is the balanced work of all of its basic subsystems, and transition of a pond to higher power level is possible only at preservation of balance. At use of "floating garden-beds» as a reserve of a subsystem reducers, it is possible to manage seral processes, proceeding in a basin, and purposefully translate it on other power level.
