Problems of the relationship between time and retroactive force of the law in the criminal legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The article discusses some issues of regulating the retroactive force of the law, the specifics of the retroactive force of the criminal law, the possibility of applying the retroactive force of the law, determining the time of the crime, the rules of the time of the crime in relation to unfinished crimes.
