Problems of improvement of nurse business in the Kyrgyz Republic

In this article, the analysis of a problem of development of nurse business in the Kyrgyz Republic is given. Long-time was not given to nursing business sufficient attention as to the independent sphere of professional activity. There was an idea of the nurse as soon as about the medical assistant who is carrying out only nursing care and not showing an initiative in the delivery of health care. It was the reason for the decline in quality of the sisterly help, mass outflow of shots and low supply of average medical personnel. The nurse business as the most important component of a health care system has considerable personnel resources, real opportunities for satisfaction of the population in high-quality, available medical care. For improvement of the medical and diagnostic process, carrying out rehabilitation, actions for prevention of diseases and hygienic education of the population modern sisterly technologies are necessary.
