Problems of the health care system improvement in Azerbaijan

The article analyzes the current state of the social sphere in Azerbaijan. The author denotes the significant increase of budgetary allocations aimed to develop the system of social protection, education, health, science and culture in the country, characterizes the problems of the health system which need to be solved in the future, and recites organizational and economic methods of improvement the health system regulation.
