Issues of improving legislation on insolvency (bankruptcy)

The article deals with the problems of improving the legislation on insolvency (bankruptcy). The analysis of some of the changes in the regarded law is carried out. The conclusion on the desirability of further reform of bankruptcy legislation in matters of bankruptcy law to simplify, reduce time-derivative properties of the bankruptcy, strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of creditors ditch in the bankruptcy case, equality of competing creditors ditch is made.
