Problems of multi-party system formation in the region

Basic peculiarities of the political process and multy-party system in the Penza Region in the stage of formation are presented in the article. The analysis of the situation in the region is carried out on the basis of data of expert inquiry in the form of deep interview with representatives of regional departments of main political parties of the region.
