The article examines project management technologies for municipal housing and utilities. It is noted that currently, the modernization of municipal housing and utilities is often implemented ineffectively. It is emphasized that the introduction of project management technologies allows for a reduction in local budget expenditures, the setting of measurable goals, and monitoring of the results of the renewal of municipal housing and utilities.
