Problems of current Russian financial policy

The article studies current challenges facing Russian financial policy in global economic turbulence. The research aims at assessing the Russian fiscal policy strategy up to 2018, and the opportunity to create the federal budget in 2016 through changes in export taxes and charges. Authors give the objective facts of a modern economic situation in Russia. Possible decisions and development of economic strategy are provided. The analysis of financial policy of Russia is constructed on the basis of these world rating agencies and documents of the Government of Russia. In the conclusion authors draw conclusions on possible tax to changes.
