Problems of theory and practice of compulsory acquisition of weapons and ammunition rounds according to article 238 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation

The paper specifies weapon as an object of civil matters. It gives a detailed analysis of problems related to its dispossession on the different grounds. Possibleways of problem solutions are suggested.
