Employment challenges faced by young men after performing military service by conscription

This article deals with the problems faced by young men applying for a job after completing compulsory military service. The author considers the influence of educational and professional qualification characteristics of ex-servicemen on their labor market status, professional self-determination and development of employment strategies. Special attention is given to detection of economic attractiveness of education for this category of young workers, determination of the difference between their education and its demand at primary places of work.
