The problems of meeting the needs of employers in the Altai territory in specialists of agricultural and economic profile

The article examines the factors, trends and patterns of the problem of meeting the needs of employers in the Altai Territory in specialists of agricultural and economic profile. The shortcomings of agricultural producers in solving this problem are analyzed, such as insufficient attention to personnel training, lack of motivation and incentive systems, disregard for modern technologies and innovations, underdevelopment of social infrastructure and weak integration of education and production. Methodological recommendations for solving this problem are offered.
