Problems of criminal-legal struggle against illicit traffic in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances

In the article the author considers the features of the fight against crimes in the field of drug trafficking. At the moment, crimes related to drug trafficking include acts punishable under articles 228-233 of the criminal code. These include the manufacture or theft, extortion, possession, transfer, use and sale of drugs. In addition, crimes related to drug trafficking include various ways of involving third parties in the above-mentioned activities, both through deception or violence and on a voluntary basis (beliefs, proposals).
