Problems of criminal law assessment of subjective features in the composition of negligence

The article analyzes the problems of criminal law assessment of subjective features in the composition of negligence. The theoretical approaches to the definition of guilt in negligence, the differences between carelessness and frivolity, as well as the role of motive, purpose, and attitude to the consequences in the qualification of acts containing the feature of negligence, are investigated.
