Problems of criminal law in the scientific works of the honored scientist of the Russian Federation doctor of law sciences, professor Ivan Yakovlevich Kozachenko (to the 80th anniversary of the outstanding scientist)

The article presents part of the published scientific work of the outstanding scientist Professor Ivan Yakovlevich Kozachenko. In his research, he has conducted research in various areas of criminal law and criminology, and has prepared textbooks on criminal law that are studied throughout Russia. In his scientific works, Ivan Yakovlevich reveals not only the issues of qualification of criminal acts, but also the problems of criminal responsibility and punishment, as well as reveals models of criminal legislation.
