Problems of strengthening trust to judicial branch in modern Russia

Fundamentally important for the current Russian society is the question of confidence in the judiciary, which is one of the main levers of the democratic development of the country. The emergence of society from the protracted traumatic transformations and the entry on the path of stable, sustainable development noticeably increased attention to key aspects of building confidence in the judiciary, which is designed to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, the legitimate interests of the individual and society.
