Problems of management competencies of public officers

the article contains a structural model of the managerial competence of a civil servant, which includes elements leading managerial competencies, managerial competence, managerial actions, and the external environment. The author's typology of administrative competence of civil servants is proposed, three levels of its development are substantiated.
