Problems of management of municipal finance

The article deals with the problems of unsatisfactory quality of managerial decisions of municipalities and one of the most important barriers preventing the possibility of improving the quality of management - inadequate financial management of the municipal district. As a result of the research, the following problems were identified: fuzzy delineation of powers, the problem of "melting revenues", the lack of transparent and reliable information on the budgets of municipalities. Also proposals are presented for the development and enhancement of the efficiency of the municipal finance management process.
