The problems of real estate management in Azerbaijan

In an article had been identified income forms, which include real estate without investing, the reasons of the attractiveness of the real estate for potential investors. By the author was defined the need of identified the tools of real estate management, assessed the state of mortgage lending in Azerbaijan and were made proposals to improve it.
