Problems of personnel management in preschool institutions

As you know, the main part of a person's life takes place in organized labor activity. In such a situation, the management of the organization's personnel becomes especially significant, since it has a direct impact on the processes of formation and development of the personal potential of employees, ensures its implementation, and solves a whole range of problems of adaptation of individuals to external conditions. The success of the organization's work depends on how competently personnel management is carried out, and what is seen as a new reserve for economic growth. Accordingly, social and organizational approaches are added to the previously existing economic approach in resolving the personnel problems of an organization. As a result, it became necessary to rethink the content of some of the initial provisions and the existing practice of personnel management.
