Problems of management of development of formal institutes

In clause(article) problems of management by development of formal institutes, theoretical preconditions of use of formal institutes in economic development are considered(examined). It is judged, that the recognition of the importance of informal rules has basic value for a survival both social and economic system, and its(her) parts - the states, firms, domestic facilities(economy).
