Problems of risk management of debt innovative instruments for the infrastructure of the fishing industry in the far eastern region

This article examines the risk management issues associated with the use of debt innovation instruments in the infrastructure of the fishing industry in the Far East region of Russia (FE region). Given the strategic importance of the fishing industry for the economic development of both the country and the region as a whole, ensuring sustainable financing through innovative debt instruments is of critical importance. However, these instruments carry significant risks associated with market volatility, legislative changes and environmental factors that can affect both demand and supply in the fishing industry. The study described below examines specific risk management issues arising from the use of these financial instruments, including issues of liquidity, credit risk and long-term financial sustainability. In addition, the article provides recommendations for improving the effectiveness of risk management of debt innovation instruments in the infrastructure of the fishing industry, aimed at strengthening the economic stability of the Far East region and promoting innovation in this critical sector.
