Problems of managing the forces of internal affairs bodies with participation in the prevention and elimination of the effects of emergency situations of a technogenic nature

The article discusses the main problems arising in the management of the forces of internal affairs bodies with participation in the elimination of the effects of emergency situations of a technogenic nature. For which it is proposed to move to a single conceptual apparatus to exclude incorrect interpretation of occurring events, recommendations and explanations for such a transition are given. The main features of emergency necological nature situations that are important to manage the forces and means of internal affairs bodies. An analysis of the current regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation regulates the organization of the activities of bodies participating in the protection of the population from emergency situations of a technogenic nature and within a single state system of preventing and eliminating emergency situations. Recommendations are given to amendments to the studied regulatory legal acts in order to improve the effectiveness of the activities of the internal affairs bodies in these special conditions.
