Management problems of socio-economic development of the Arctic regions

The problems of improving the system of forecasting of economic development of regions, especially regions of the Arctic coast due to the need of practical realization of the Federal law "On strategic planning in the Russian Federation" have been considered. The forecasting system including research, regulatory, and programmatic stage has been proposed.
