Problems of establishment of cultural heritage sites’ protected areas and solutions

The authors analyzed legislative gaps and contradictions that arise in determining the legal regime of territories occupied by cultural heritage sites and adjacent territories. The problem of determining the cadastral value of land plots under cultural heritage sites is considered. The law-enforcement practice on the issue is analyzed. The ways of solving the identified problems are suggested.
