Problems in organizing territorial planning at the municipal level

The article deals with problems in the organization of territorial planning at the municipal level. The problems of territorial planning are studied on the example of the municipal formation Orenburg district of the Orenburg region. The authors analyze indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of local self-government bodies in a municipal district.
