Problems of departmental interaction of law enforcement agencies in the field of information search in the implementation of operational search activities

The work is devoted to the system analysis of problems of interaction of law enforcement agencies in the field of information search. At the same time, the objective necessity of such interaction is justified. The problems are highlighted, first of all, in the field of legal regulation and organizational framework. The article substantiates proposals for improving the legal and organizational basis of such interaction. At the same time, the article substantiates the thesis that the legal basis for departmental interaction between law enforcement agencies in the field of information exchange exists, but it is to a certain extent fragmented. At the same time, the author substantiates the opinion that there are systemic problems in the field of ensuring organizational support for interaction. Moreover, the objective reality is even the existence of a set of problems on issues of interaction in the field of information exchange. As a consequence, the solution of these problems should be systematic. In particular, the author substantiates the opinion that the main directions and forms of information interaction between law enforcement agencies should be normatively fixed on the basis of the Presidential Decree; the objective necessity of creating a unified information search system is justified, the basic principles of improving the mechanism of information writing in departmental interaction are determined.
