Statistics of the last few years show a decrease in the number of criminal acts committed by teenagers. Examples from practice are considered, the main reasons, factors and conditions that contribute to the commission of criminal acts by adolescents are given. At the moment, there are no clearly formulated normative legal acts in the Russian Federation that would regulate the protection of the rights of minors, as well as aimed at countering and combating crimes committed by adolescents. The materials on the criminal movement of AUE are given. Many experts note the great role played by the influence of the AUE subculture on the increase in the number of particularly serious crimes by minors.
