The article discusses the impact of working conditions for the effectiveness of the work of employees of organizations in the conditions of remote work. An analysis of the main factors affecting the runtivity of the PNSonal and satisfaction with labor. Based on data from a survey, Ranjigs revealed changes in working conditions in the distationary format of work and their impact on the phyotic and emotional state of employees in a pandemic.
