Some variants of concept «ERP-system» are considered in this article, it is described the historical dynamics of development of complex information systems of planning and man-agement of financial and economy enterprise activity, the main problems of ERP-system’s implementation and prerequisites of implementation with minimum efficiency in Russian business are analyzed in this article.
