Problems of implementing reengineering in small and medium businesses

The article examines the key issues faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) when implementing business process reengineering. The author analyzes the specifics of SMEs, identifies the main barriers to implementing reengineering, and offers recommendations for improving the effectiveness of implementation. The study is based on the analysis of theoretical approaches and practical cases.
