Problems of reproduction of labor potential in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the issues of expanded reproduction of the labor potential as a prerequisite of sustainable development of a socially oriented economy. The necessity of transition to a completely different type of employment that would maximize the combined labour market relations and a high degree of social protection of the population.
