Problems of compensation of negative consequences during withdrawal land plots for the placement of linear objects on agricultural lands

A brief review and analysis of the current mechanism for compensating the negative consequences to the owners of land plots in connection with the seizure of these plots from them for state and municipal needs indicates the need to improve both legal and economic instruments of this mechanism. Special attention is paid to the consequences of the seizure of land plots for the placement of linear objects. Conclusions and suggestions for solving the noted problems are given.
