The problem of the registration means of individualization of legal entities of goods works and services

The article analyzes the registration regime the means of individualization of legal entities, goods, works and services. We consider the subject composition of the registration regime of brand name and trademark, as well as the requirements of normative legal acts to the authorities conducting the registration of such means of individualization. It is concluded that the Russian legislation provides for administrative responsibility for illegal use of the trademark and does not provide any, for illegal use of a trade name.
