In the article actual problems of interaction of the Federal Agency for state property management (Rosimushchestvo) and the Federal bailiff service (FSSP) in terms of sales arrested ion of the property in accordance with the legislation on enforcement proceedings on the territory of KHMAO-Ugry: this mechanism of interaction, were determined problems, and the ways of their solution.
