Бесплатный доступ

The article examines the key challenges associated with organizing internships for international students at Russian universities, including the low interest of employers, insufficient student awareness, language and cultural barriers, as well as administrative and legal difficulties. Based on an analysis of successful university-employer cooperation cases (HSE University, RUDN University, ITMO University), the paper proposes directions for optimization: the establishment of internship coordination centers, the development of digital platforms, the introduction of adaptation modules, and state-level support through simplified visa procedures. The study is based on content analysis of university digital resources and regulatory documents. The findings are aimed at improving the effectiveness of practice-oriented training and facilitating the integration of international students into the professional environment.
