This article deals with the characteristics of engaging foreign highly experienced professionals in the working career in the Russian Federation. The author highlights legislative regulation of engaging facilities, offering and abidance of requirements by employers of migration legislation, performing functions of government control by government authorities in the migration sphere. The article pays attention to practical principles, make recommendations about improvement of operational efficiency of migration legislation
