Problems of conclusion of concession agreements in the sphere of housing and communal services

This article is devoted to the issue of reforming the housing and communal services sector through the mechanisms of public-private partnership. The peculiarities of concluding concession agreements as one of the mechanisms for reforming the housing and public utilities sector are considered, the characteristics of this process are given now, the main problems arising in concluding concession agreements both at the stage of preparation of documents and at their execution are highlighted.
