Problems of protecting the interests of a bona fide purchaser of real estate

The article considers the problem of protecting the interests of bona fide purchasers of real estate. The author analyzes the latest changes in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, examines the prevailing judicial practice approach to solving this problem and concludes that legislative innovations shouldchange the prevailing judicial approach in protecting the interests of bona fide purchasers of real estate and protect their interests.
