Article is devoted to questions of implementation of government procurement. In article is considered the procedure of planning of purchases. In article are allocated innovations concerning ways of implementation of purchases. Differentiations of the bases for use of each of possible ways are given that will allow the customer to choose the most suitable procurement procedure, increasing thereby efficiency of all purchasing process.
