The procedure of realization of mortgaged property of the debtor

Currently, the pledge is the right to receive preferential satisfaction, including the value of pledged property. Legal collateral opportunity consists of other legally significant opportunities, namely the ability to foreclose and the ability to realize the pledge. Consistent implementation of these opportunities leads to the achievement of the goal laid down in the right of pledge - to satisfy the creditor's claims from the value of pledged property. The purpose of the study is the analysis of studied problems associated with the procedure of realization of debtors’ mortgaged property. Statistical data on indicators of the address of collecting the property according to the Office of Federal Bailiff Service of Krasnoyarsk Region for the last three years are reflected in the study (2017, 2018, 2019). The results of the study such as statistical, theoretical and practical indicators are summed up.
