The article deals with civil disputes between neighbouring landholders on their land plot lines. The author provides the examples of boundary disputes which show that following the procedure of landmarking does not unconditionally mean that the rights of neighboring landholders would not be violated. While establishing the boundaries of a land plot it is necessary to check if the actual rights of neighboring landholders have not been violated.
