Procedural features of permission of commercial disputes in WTO system: key to success

The article is devoted to positive features of a procedural regulation of negotiating and permission of the cross-border commercial disputes, realizing the activities of the WTO, connected with the settlement of consequences of violation of the rules and the conflicts in the sphere of international trade. The author is convinced that the key to success of the system of regulation of commercial disputes of the WTO within entities engaged into foreign economic activities is, first of all, the strict and competent regulation of the procedure. The factors providing the activization of activities of the mechanism on settlement of disputes, functioning within the WTO in recent years and consequently also its demand are considered by contractors of the external economic relations on the basis of separate stages of the procedure of the consideration of commercial disputes in WTO system.
