The process of outsourcing of staff and legislative regulation

In this article the author considers the process of personnel outsourcing and its legislative regulation. The study examined the limitations and capabilities of the company in the use of this method of recruitment. Also noted were the legislative framework that was established in 2016 for the outsourcing process.
