Charity in Africa: reflection of socioeconomic conditions

The article is concerned with special features of the charity in the African countries. It is emphasized that aid is given on the international level. The African charity model is of a consumer nature to the greater extent; it is aimed to solve problems of infectious diseases control and is determined by the direct interpersonal communication. In the African countries volunteer activities and donation are poorly developed, and some corruption in the administrative structures takes place.
