The process of formation and implementation of information policy in the system of public authorities of Karachayev-Cherkesian

The article reveals the features of the implementation of information policy by the public authorities of Karachay-Cherkessia. An algorithm for the formation of state publics in the social networks VKontakte, Odnoklassniki and the Telegram messenger for information interaction with citizens is presented.
