The article discusses the issues of managerial decision-making in the field of economic security at the organizational level, since correct decision will neutralize threats of an economic entity. Considering decision-making as a procedure of certain actions, its stages were determined and the decision-making mechanism was disclosed. At the same time, an important place is given to the implementation of control at different stages of decision-making, which allows solving tasks to ensure economic security.
